After coming from an apartment filled with black mold and a leasing office that didn't care, this place was exactly what I needed. Kiki was able to give me a tour, go through the whole application process and had me in a new unit within 24 hours, and I cannot thank her enough. She even took time on her one day off to give me my keys so I could move in before the work week started. A maintenance issue was discovered, I told Kiki, and the maintenance guy came in and found the issue immediately. He fixed it, he even put furniture back and locked the door for me as he left.
